Everything you can do with Zenpage

Zenpage brings together your professional page, your bookings, your payments and your follow-ups. This guide describes each area of the admin, in the most useful order for a therapy or wellness practice.

Getting started

After signing up, you reach the therapist dashboard. The immediate goal: a page online where a client can understand your practice and book.

  1. Complete your profile: photo, introduction, contact details, social networks. This information feeds the header of your public website.
  2. Choose a theme: wellness templates (Sérénité, Lotus, etc.) in the appearance settings.
  3. Create at least one service: duration, price, location or video, available slots.
  4. Test booking: open your public URL (e.g. zenpage.app/your-name) and go through the journey as a client.
  5. Share the link: email signature, Google Business, Instagram, business cards.
Tip

The free account lets you publish your page and receive requests. Advanced options (online payment, custom domain, unlimited automations after the trial) require the Pro subscription · see Subscription.

Your public website

Every therapist has a mini-site: home, services, team, shop, blog or custom pages depending on your setup. Visitors can book without creating an admin account; they get a client area after booking.

What your clients see

  • Introduction, reviews (if enabled), list of services with a "Book" button.
  • Choice of practitioner if you have several staff members attached to the same practice.
  • Online payment at the time of booking, if you've enabled it.
  • Email confirmation with appointment details.

Customization

Static pages, gallery, testimonials and SEO (title, description) are managed from the admin. The Zenpage theme selector shows a realistic preview of your demo before you confirm.

Your own domain (Pro)

You can display your page on your own address, for example www.my-practice.com, instead of zenpage.app/your-name.

  1. Enter your domain on the Custom domain page.
  2. Create the DNS records shown, at your provider (OVH, Gandi, IONOS...).
  3. Wait for validation by the Zenpage team. Once approved, your page opens on your domain.

Services & pricing

A service is a bookable offering: individual session, assessment, massage, supervision, etc.

Create or edit a service

  • Name, description, image or icon, duration and price.
  • Location type: practice, at home, online (video link).
  • Capacity (individual or group) and cancellation rules if configured.
  • Link to one or more team members and to an availability calendar.

Categories

Group your services into categories to make your public page easier to navigate.

Deposit at booking

  • Enable the deposit on the relevant service, if your plan includes online payment.
  • Choose a fixed amount, in your currency, or a percentage of the price.

Buffer time

  • Add buffer time before and/or after the service to separate two sessions.
  • The setting is made service by service and can be turned off at any time.

Custom fields

  • Add questions to the booking form: short text field or text area.
  • Each field is required or optional, shown or hidden, and applies to all services or just one.
  • Do not ask for health information in these fields.

Video calls (Zoom or Google Meet)

  • An online service can have a fixed link, or a link created for each appointment.
  • The default provider and credentials are set in the settings, Video conferencing tab.
  • The link appears in the client's confirmation message.

Admin: Services menu

Calendar & appointments

The calendar centralizes requests, confirmations, reschedules and history.

Typical flow

  1. The client chooses a slot; the request appears as "pending" or "confirmed" depending on your settings.
  2. You confirm, edit or cancel from the admin; the client is notified by email.
  3. Automatic reminders (day before, etc.) can be handled by Zenpage automations rather than generic emails, see Automations.

Calendar sync

At the top of the Calendars page, three buttons (Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook) add your Zenpage calendar to your app. The iCal feed is private, specific to your account, and read-only: appointments created in your external calendar do not flow back into Zenpage.

  • Google Calendar refreshes a subscription every few hours; Apple and Outlook more often.
  • Never share the feed URL publicly: it gives access to your appointments.

Hours and breaks

The "Our hours" page sets opening times for each day. Add a break within a range to remove it from the offered slots. Each practitioner can have their own hours.

Closed days and holidays

  • In the settings, Holidays tab, click a day to close it; click again to reopen it. The change is saved immediately.
  • A closed day no longer accepts new bookings. Appointments already made are not cancelled automatically: move or cancel them, and notify your clients.
  • Each team member manages their own time off.
Pending requests

Reply within 24 hours when possible. Zenpage sends you a summary email if a request stays pending for 12 hours, then the day before the slot.

Staff & locations

Do you work with others or in several practices? Add staff members (other practitioners) and locations.

Staff

  • Each staff member has their profile, assigned services and own calendar.
  • On the public website, the client can choose the practitioner before booking.
  • Admin access can be limited by role (depending on your plan and settings).

Locations

Define addresses, access instructions and time zones. Link each service to the right location to avoid inconsistent slots.

Enable locations

Enable locations only if you see clients at several addresses. Once enabled, the client first chooses their location, then only sees the practitioners attached to that location.

Online payments

Zenpage lets you collect bookings and shop purchases through your own Stripe or PayPal account. The money is paid into your merchant accounts, not into a Zenpage wallet (except platform mode, disabled in production).

Prerequisites

  • Subscription including the "online payments" feature (Pro).
  • Payment option enabled for your business (enable_payment in the global admin if applicable).
  • Working Stripe and/or PayPal Business account.

Setup

  1. Open the user payment methods configuration page.
  2. Enable Stripe and/or PayPal and enter the API keys or the PayPal email according to the requested fields.
  3. Turn on the "accept payments" toggle for bookings and, if needed, for the shop.
  4. Make a test booking for a small amount to validate the whole journey.
Pro vs Free

Without Pro, the public page can display your prices but online payment stays unavailable. Also check that the PayPal/Stripe switches are not left "off" while your credentials are filled in.

Zenpage commission

Transaction fees are those of Stripe/PayPal. See the Pricing page of the landing for any Zenpage share on paid plans.

Promo codes (coupons)

  • Each code has a name, a percentage discount, a start date and an end date.
  • A usage limit and the "once per client" option protect your pricing.
  • A code can be deactivated without being deleted.
  • To attach a code to an appointment, use the coupon application page.

Point of sale: in-practice appointments

The point of sale records an appointment you make yourself, by phone or on site. It joins your calendar like an online booking.

Record an appointment

  1. Choose the client, or create their record if they're new.
  2. Select the service, then the practitioner, date and time.
  3. Apply a coupon if the client has one.
  4. Confirm. The payment is recorded and an invoice is generated, ready to print.

Gift vouchers

Sell gift vouchers to your clients and their loved ones: a link or button on your website, online payment with you, an elegant PDF voucher sent by email, and a simple check on the day of the session. You get paid directly with your own Stripe account.

Get started in 5 minutes

  1. Open Gift vouchers, Settings: enter your company name, your business registration number and the VAT mention that applies to you, paste your Stripe secret key, tick the seller responsibility box and enable sales.
  2. In Offers, create a free-amount voucher, a fixed-price offer, or offer one of your services as a gift voucher in one click (its price stays in sync).
  3. In Visual template, choose a starting template, add your background image and move the fields (recipient name, amount, message, code, QR code).
  4. In Integration, copy the link to your sales page or the button to paste on your website.

Three ways to sell

  • The sales page: zenpage.app/gift/your-practice, to share everywhere.
  • The embeddable button: a two-line code for WordPress, Wix, Shopify, PrestaShop, Squarespace or an HTML page. Choose the button's color and text so it matches your site.
  • The WordPress plugin: a block and a shortcode, and for WooCommerce, a voucher created automatically with every order. Other shops: API key, Make, n8n or Zapier.

Free amount or service

  • Free amount: a voucher in euros usable over several sessions, the balance goes down with each use.
  • Service or fixed offer: a single-use voucher, for example "Sophrology session, 1 h".

Handing over the voucher to the buyer

At the time of purchase, the person giving the gift chooses: receive the voucher themselves (to give in person or print) or send it directly to the recipient, with their message. In both cases, a big "Download my voucher (PDF)" button appears as soon as payment is confirmed, and an email with the PDF is sent (a reminder invites them to check their spam folder).

Redeem a voucher

On the day of the session, open Redeem a voucher: scan the QR code with the camera, or type the code for people less comfortable with digital tools. You see the balance, expiry date and history, then deduct the amount. A mistake? Undo the last use in one click. Your clients can also enter their code on the payment page of their booking if you enable this option.

Promo codes on vouchers

In Coupons, tick "Also usable on gift vouchers": the percentage applies to the price paid by the buyer (the voucher keeps its full value).

Your responsibilities

  • You are the seller: VAT, invoicing, terms of sale, withdrawal rights and client support are your responsibility. Zenpage provides the tool.
  • Refunds are made from your Stripe account. With the Stripe webhook (optional), the voucher is cancelled automatically after a full refund.
  • Emails are sent from the platform's address, your clients' replies arrive with you.
  • Validity period: 12 months by default, adjustable in the settings.
Free and Pro

On the free plan, you can create 5 vouchers to try (purchases in Stripe test mode don't count). Beyond that, upgrade to the subscription. Vouchers already sold always remain valid.

Try without collecting

Use a Stripe test key (sk_test_...) and the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242: the journey is identical, no money is charged.

Shop & products

Sell digital resources, on-demand workshops, gift vouchers or merchandise through the shop built into your page.

Add an item

  • Title, rich description, images, price and stock (if physical).
  • Type: downloadable product, linked service or simple item.
  • Categories to filter the public storefront.

Orders

Orders appear in the shop admin; the client receives confirmation and a download link where applicable. Combine with online payments for a fully automatic journey.

Events & classes

Organize workshops, retreats or group classes with a fixed date, limited places and online sign-up.

  • Create the event with capacity, price and location.
  • Remaining places and tickets sold are tracked for each event.
  • Display upcoming events on your website to fill your group sessions.

Tickets and limits

  • Each event is sold in tickets, with a name, a description and a price.
  • A per-buyer limit prevents one person from booking all the places.
  • A per-participant limit suits a couple or a relative signing up several people.

Automations

Zenpage automations replace part of your manual emails with sequences: trigger → steps (email, delay, condition).

Access

Admin: /admin/automatisations

Provided templates (disabled by default)

  • Reminder the day before the appointment.
  • Prepare the session (advice before the consultation).
  • Thank-you after the session.
  • Follow-up if the client doesn't return after several weeks.

Editor

  • Choose a trigger (e.g. appointment confirmed, session completed).
  • Add steps: send an email, wait X days, wait until the day before the appointment, conditional branch.
  • Live preview of the message; "send a test" button on each email.
  • Activate the sequence: an active "before appointment" sequence can replace the system's native reminder.

Triggers and steps

  • Triggers: appointment confirmed, requested or cancelled; a delay before or after the appointment; a client inactive for a number of weeks.
  • Steps: send an email to the client or the practitioner, wait, wait before the appointment, or a condition (first session, second session and later, services).
  • Each sequence has its own reply address (Reply-To).

Free trial & subscription

Free accounts get a 15-day trial from the first activation of an automation or review request. After that, sending is paused but your scenarios stay saved; reactivate them by moving to the paid subscription.

Server cron

Sequences are processed by a scheduled task (about every 15 minutes). If sending stops, your host or the Zenpage team checks that the cron is properly configured (super-admin: Crons page).

Client reviews (Google & Trustpilot)

After a session, Zenpage can send an email inviting the client to leave a review on your Google or Trustpilot page.

Setup

  • Sender name and direct link to your review page.
  • Sending delay: 2 h, 24 h, 48 h or 7 days after the session.
  • Customizable email template with live preview.
  • "Wait for the 2nd session" option to only ask once the relationship is established.
  • One request per client email and per therapist (for life), with a mandatory unsubscribe link.

Admin: /admin/avis-clients

Same 15-day trial

Like automations, the review feature is included in the free trial, then tied to the active subscription.

Blog

Publish articles on your website to answer your future clients' questions. This is what helps Google find you. The blog is included in Free and Pro.

Write an article

  • In the menu, open Blog then New article.
  • Type the title, then the text. To add a subheading, an image, a quote, a list or a divider, type / or click + to the left of the line.
  • Select a word to make it bold, italic or a link.
  • Your text is kept on your device while you write: if the connection drops, nothing is lost.
  • Save draft keeps the article private. Publish puts it online.

Article settings

  • Address: the end of the address is created from the title. You can change it: the old address redirects to the new one.
  • Category and tags: one category per article (each has its own page on your blog) and up to 10 tags.
  • Featured image: JPG, PNG or WebP, 8 MB maximum, preferably landscape. Describe it in a few words.
  • Summary and Google: excerpt, title and description shown in search results. Left empty, they are filled in automatically.

The Blog link appears in your website's menu as soon as you publish your first article, whatever your theme. To remove it from the menu without closing your blog, untick Show "Blog" in my website menu at the bottom of the Blog page. The blog home displays your 10 latest articles.

When does Google see my articles?

With a Pro account, your articles are offered to Google as soon as they are published. With a Free account, they are offered 30 days after the account is created, or earlier from your first confirmed appointment with a client. They remain visible on your website in all cases.
