Asking for a Google review after every session, automatically and safely
Sending delay, second-session option, customizable message and unsubscribe: ask every client for a Google review, within Google's rules.

A satisfied client rarely thinks of leaving a review. You have to ask, at the right time, without forgetting anyone. Zenpage automates this request after every session. Here is how to set it up, and why some options are deliberately absent.
The link to your listing
Enter the sender name and the direct link to your Google review page. The client lands directly on the page where they can write their review, without searching for your business. Find this link from your Google Business Profile.
When to send the request
Choose the delay after the session: 2 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. A short delay gives a fresh memory, a longer delay gives the client time to digest the session. For most practices, 24 hours is a good starting point.
The "wait for the 2nd session" option is ticked by default, and it's a good setting. It only sends the request from a client's second confirmed session, once the relationship is established.
The message
The text is already written: you can edit it. Variables, such as the client's first name or the practice name, are inserted with a click. A preview of the email appears on the right as you write, and you can return to the original text at any time.
Keep the message short, personal and pressure-free. A thank-you sentence, the request and the link are enough.
The framework to respect
Every send includes an unsubscribe link, which is mandatory. Only one request is sent per client and per therapist, which avoids asking the same person several times. These safeguards protect your reputation and your relationship with your clients.
Track the requests
The reviews page shows the configuration status and a counter. You can thus see how many requests have gone out. A review obtained is seen on your Google listing, not in Zenpage.
Going further
The review request is part of a wider set of automatic messages, described in our article on automations. For your practice's visibility beyond reviews, read our loyalty advice. The setup is detailed in the client reviews documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send the request only to satisfied clients?
No, and it isn't offered. Filtering requests by client satisfaction goes against Google's rules: it can lead to reviews being removed, even the listing being suspended. The request goes to all eligible clients.
Can a client receive several requests?
No. Only one request is sent per client email address and per therapist, for life. The client can also unsubscribe using the link in every message.
When does the free trial start?
The 15-day trial starts when you activate the review request. It is then tied to your subscription.
