How much does Zenpage cost?
You can start for free at €0 with a website on a Zenpage subdomain and limited sections with online booking, without a custom domain or automatic blog. The Pro plan costs €19.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment, €199 excl. VAT per year (two months free), or €1,490 excl. VAT once for lifetime access. 20% VAT added. SMS is not included: you need to open a Twilio account and buy your credits separately.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign-up is free and no payment details are required.
Can I customize my theme?
Yes. All 23 themes offer fields for your text, your photos and your content. You can customize the colors of each section and hide optional sections. A preview lets you check the result before saving.
Is my content kept if I change themes?
Yes. Your information, services and content stay linked to your account. Each theme uses the fields and sections its design provides, so some content may appear in one theme and not in another.
What is a booking website?
Your account includes a website to present your services, show photos, create pages and let your clients book appointments. Already have a website? Simply add booking with the embed code.
Can I sell gift vouchers on my current website?
Yes. The gift voucher generator works on any website (WordPress, Wix, Shopify...) with a two-line code button, and payment goes straight to your Stripe account. Unlimited gift vouchers are included in the Pro plan, from €19.90 excl. VAT per month. See the gift voucher generator.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no notice period or penalty. Zenpage is built to make booking simpler, not to complicate things.
Can I leave Zenpage and keep my website?
Yes. You can download an HTML copy of your website, with its pages, images and a publishing guide, then host it wherever you like. Zenpage booking can stay embedded, or be replaced by a link to the tool of your choice. Downloading a copy does not change your subscription. How export works.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no setup, cancellation or support fees. SMS is optional and not included in the Zenpage subscription: you need to create your Twilio account and buy credits from Twilio. As a guide, 100 short reminders per month to France, one segment each, cost about US$8 in sending fees at the rate checked on October 16, 2026 (US$0.0798 per segment), excluding taxes, any number rental and additional fees. A long message or certain characters may count as several segments. The cost therefore depends on your usage and on current Twilio pricing.
How do I sync my bookings with my calendar?
Your Zenpage calendar can be imported into your calendar through an iCal feed, whose address is in the staff accounts. Google Calendar sync is also included.
