What the export contains.

A folder ready to publish, built from the content saved in your account, with your theme's design.

Your public pages

The home page and the linked pages that belong to you: service presentations, custom pages, legal notices and public articles when they exist.

Your design

Your theme, your colors, your images, the available styles and fonts, copied into the folder. Menus, FAQs and galleries keep working, on desktop and mobile.

Understand the export

In Settings, Site content, the "Export my website" card shows your theme, your plan and the last saved version. Downloading a copy does not change your subscription.

Choose booking and contact

Keep Zenpage booking, enter an external link or remove it. The contact form is replaced by the contact details of your choice.

Prepare hosting and domain

The journey explains how to choose hosting with HTTPS and, depending on your case, how to request a domain transfer or update its DNS.

Review and accept

You see a preview and the actual summary: included pages, external resources, chosen booking and features that stay with Zenpage.

You get the archive and its guide. You can generate a new copy at any time from your account.

Good to know before you leave.

An exported website is a static website. Here, in full transparency, is what changes.

  • A copy at a given date. Changes made afterwards on Zenpage do not carry over to the site hosted elsewhere, and vice versa. The folder does not include the Zenpage editor.
  • Your subscription does not change. The export cancels nothing and deletes no data. Stopping renewal is a separate step, from the Subscription page.
  • Online features stay with Zenpage. Payments, client area, syncing, automations, review requests and gift voucher sales are not contained in HTML files.
  • If you stop Pro. Your paid rights continue until they expire, then your account moves to Free. Embedded booking still works, within the limits of that plan and as long as your account is kept. Your appointments and vouchers already sold are kept.
  • Domain and search ranking. The export does not transfer your domain and does not move your mailboxes. Plan DNS, HTTPS and redirects before switching; keeping your search ranking is not guaranteed.
  • Third-party services and responsibilities. Hosting, domain, external booking tool, SMS and payments are billed by their providers. You remain responsible for the published content, your legal notices and cookie management on your new hosting.

Your questions about the export.

Is the export paid?

No. There are no exit fees: you download your website from your Zenpage dashboard, and you can generate a new copy whenever you like.

Does downloading my website cancel my subscription?

No. The export does not change your plan, does not stop your payments and does not delete your account. You can keep using Zenpage normally.

What happens to online booking?

By default, Zenpage booking stays embedded in your exported website, with a fallback link. You can also replace it with a link to the tool of your choice, or remove it. Embedded booking remains an online Zenpage service, subject to your plan's limits.

And my domain name?

The export transfers nothing. If Zenpage manages your domain, ask support for a transfer. If you already manage it yourself, you just need to update the DNS at your provider, keeping your email settings.

Can I edit my website after the export?

Yes, by editing the HTML files with an editor or with technical help. You can also make your changes on Zenpage, then generate a new copy.
