Can I sell gift vouchers if I already have a website?
Yes, that's the main use. You paste a two-line code button on your current website (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, PrestaShop or an HTML page): the form opens in a window styled to match your site. You can also simply share the link to a sales page hosted by Zenpage.
Who collects the money?
You do. Payments go through your own Stripe account and arrive directly with you. Zenpage takes no commission on your sales; only Stripe's usual fees apply.
How does my client receive their voucher?
As soon as payment is confirmed, a download button appears so the buyer can get the PDF voucher right away, and the voucher is sent by email. The buyer chooses to receive it themselves, to give in person or print, or to send it directly to the recipient with their message.
How do I redeem a voucher on the day of the session?
Each voucher carries a unique code and a QR code. From your dashboard, you scan the QR code with your phone's camera or type the code by hand. You see the balance, expiry date and history, then deduct the session or the amount used.
Can a voucher be used in several instalments?
Yes for a free-amount voucher: the balance goes down with each use. A voucher tied to a service, for example a one-hour session, is single-use.
How long is a voucher valid?
12 months by default, adjustable in your settings. The recipient receives a reminder 30 days before expiry.
Who handles VAT, invoices and refunds?
You do, as the seller: legal notices, VAT or small-business exemption, terms of sale, refunds from your Stripe account and your relationship with your clients. Zenpage provides the tool and is neither the seller nor your clients' support. With the Stripe webhook, a voucher is cancelled automatically after a full refund.
Is it really free?
Creating an account and Zenpage booking are available on the Free plan. Issuing and selling new gift vouchers requires an active paid plan. The Pro plan, from €19.90 excl. VAT per month, offers unlimited vouchers and all Zenpage features. SMS stays optional, with a Twilio account and credits purchased separately. Vouchers already sold always remain valid.
Can I use it with WooCommerce or another shop?
Yes. The Zenpage WordPress plugin creates a voucher for every order of a "Zenpage gift voucher" product and cancels it if the order is refunded. For other shops, an API key lets you connect Make, n8n or Zapier. See the documentation.
