Several locations and several practitioners: a shared schedule for a practice
Locations, attached practitioners, each person's hours and time off: how to organize a shared practice or several consultation addresses in Zenpage.

A practice with several practitioners, or a practitioner who sees clients at two addresses, quickly runs into the same problem: who is free, where, and when. Zenpage handles these situations with two notions: team members, and consultation locations. Here is how to combine them.
Add team members
Each practitioner is a team member, with their profile, the services they deliver and their own availability. A service can be assigned to several people: the client then chooses the person they wish to see. The details are in our guide to services.
Enable locations
Locations are managed in a dedicated section. Enable them only if you see clients at several addresses. Each location can have a precise address and access instructions. Once locations are enabled, the client first chooses where they wish to consult, then only sees the practitioners attached to that location.
Create a location for each place where you see clients, with its access instructions (entry code, floor, parking). These details reduce lateness and same-day calls.
Link services and locations
Each service must be linked to the right location. A session planned at one of your addresses shouldn't offer the slots of another. Review the link after creating a new location, and test booking from your public page for each one.
Hours and time off, person by person
Each practitioner has their hours and closed days. A colleague on leave doesn't stop the others from seeing clients, and your own absence only blocks your slots. This is what lets a shared practice work without schedule conflicts.
Hours settings are detailed in our guide to hours, and time off in the guide to closed days.
The point of sale and recorded appointments
An appointment made by phone or on site is attached to the practitioner and the location, like an online booking. It therefore stays visible in the right schedule. For the procedure, see our guide to the point of sale.
Going further
The presentation of staff and locations is in the staff and locations documentation. For online sessions, read our guide to video calls.
Frequently asked questions
Can a client choose the practitioner before the location?
No. When locations are enabled, the client first chooses the location, then only sees the practitioners attached to that location.
Do I need to enable locations if I only have one address?
No. Leave the option disabled. Booking then stays direct, with no location-choice step.
Does each practitioner have their own calendar?
Yes. Each team member has their own hours and time off, and delivers the services assigned to them. The client sees the slots of the person they choose.
