Creating your online booking page: the step-by-step guide for therapists
Sign-up, profile, first service and booking test: the steps to publish a page where your clients book, in a little under an hour.

A booking page works when a client can, within seconds, understand what you offer, see a free slot and confirm. With Zenpage, this page exists from sign-up. What remains is filling it in properly, then testing it as a client would. This guide follows the steps in the most useful order.
1. Create your account and complete your profile
Sign up on zenpage.app, then log in to your dashboard. The first important setting is the profile: photo, introduction, contact details and social networks. This information feeds the header of your public website, that is, the first thing a hesitant client sees.
Write the introduction for the person discovering you, not for a colleague. Say who you support, in what framework you work and what a first appointment concretely brings. Three sentences are enough.
2. Choose a theme
Zenpage offers six wellness-oriented themes. The selector shows a preview of your page before you confirm. Changing theme doesn't delete your text: only the layout changes. Choose the one that best matches your mood, then move on.
3. Create your first service
A service is a bookable offering: an individual session, an assessment, a workshop. For each, enter the name, duration, price and location type (practice, home or online). The details of all fields are explained in our guide to services and in the services documentation.
Start with a single service. You can add others once the journey is validated.
4. Set your availability
Enter your opening hours and, if needed, your breaks. Without hours, no slot can be offered. For details, see setting up hours and breaks.
5. Test booking as a client
Open your public address in a private browsing window, preferably on your phone. Go through the whole path: choosing the service, choosing the slot, entering contact details, confirmation. Note each moment you hesitate.
Ask someone close to you to book an appointment without your help, then tell you what stopped them. A question with no obvious answer on the page is worth more than a proofreading pass from you.
6. Share the link
Once the journey is validated, add your booking link to your email signature, your Google Business listing, your Instagram profile and your business cards. A link placed where your clients already find you brings more bookings than a perfect page nobody visits.
What next?
An online page isn't enough to fill a calendar: appointments also have to be kept. Reminders and managing no-shows are the logical next step. You can also read the criteria for choosing an online calendar, if you're still hesitating.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to create my page?
No. The free account, at €0, lets you create your page and receive bookings. Moving to the Pro subscription is only necessary for paid options, such as online payment or a custom domain: €19.90 excl. VAT per month, €199 excl. VAT per year or €1,490 excl. VAT for life. See the pricing page.
What is the address of my booking page?
By default, your page is available at zenpage.app/your-name, where "your-name" is the identifier chosen at sign-up. You can share it as soon as your first service is created.
Can I edit my page once published?
Yes, at any time. Texts, theme, services and hours can be edited from the admin, and the changes appear on your public page.
